This website
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font network, so loading a page here does not tell anyone else that you visited. Nothing on these pages contacts a third party.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare keeps short-lived request logs that include IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. Meliora does not read those logs to identify visitors.
The enquiry form
If you use the form on the contact section, the name, email address, phone number, preferred call time, service and message you type are sent to Brynee Kelly by email, through the email provider Resend. They are not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared with anyone else.
You do not need to give a property address or any household names to make an enquiry, and the form does not ask for them. Those are discussed only after a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask and they will be deleted.
Households we work with
Everything Meliora records about a household it looks after — the manuals, asset registers, contractor directories, service history and reports — belongs to that household. It is handed over in full when an engagement ends, and Meliora keeps no copy.
Nothing about a household is discussed before a non-disclosure agreement is signed, and nothing about one ever appears in public. Every person Meliora brings into a home works under the same obligation.
People working in a home are told what their role requires and nothing beyond it. Keys, codes and access are issued by name and withdrawn the day they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask what Meliora holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to brynee@melioraproperty.com and you will get an answer.
If something here concerns you and a reply does not settle it, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au takes complaints about privacy.
Changes
If this page changes, the review date at the top changes with it.
